Time can be a limiting factor for many reasons. However, for vacuum potting process, this problem can be easily overcome with our VPM-650D which is equipped with two sets of independent material supply systems or called dispensers on single robot arm so as to improve manufacturing cycle time. In a single evacuation cycle, as many components as possible are processed at the same time on an even grid so that one dispensing stroke processes several workpieces at once.
GLT VPM-650D is the perfect solution for fast, premium quality potting of medium-sized components at very high production volumes.
