LOCTITE® 3900 is a transparent, colorless to slightly amber, acrylic resin, one component conformal coating free of chlorinated solvents or CFCs.
It is spray-applied and air dries tack-free in five mins to provide a tough environmental and solvent-resistant coating for printed circuit boards, electronic components, thick-film circuits, etc.
